A book containing several chapters of Luftwaffen Berordnungsblatt 'Air Force Ordinance Bulletins' dated from January 1941 to December 1941 as well as a Luftwaffe ration orders through January 1941 to December 1941 published by the Reich Minister of Aviation and Commander and Chief of the Airforce.

The book contains documents reporting of an unidentified soldier brought to the hospital of Bucharest as well as reports on food rations and instruction to use either horse or 'free' meat as much as possible to feed prisoners of war.
