An uncommon Rockingham helmet-shaped basket with arched handle, acanthus leaves moulded to the reeded tapering body and raised on a spreading leaf moulded foot. With a striped blue and gilt ground and painted to the interior of each lip with a bouquet of flowers. Printed puce griffin mark and Cl 4 in gilt c.1830-42, 14.25cm high.
