A gilt framed Rockingham plaque (painted on a factory waster) with a basket containing flowers on a marble slab. Printed puce griffin mark c.1830-42, 11.25cm x 15cm. Provenance; Newmane collection.

The griffin mark is close to one edge, the plaque edge is uneven and un glazed, therefore it is clear that this piece has been salvaged from a broken item of tableware.
