A Chinese baluster shaped vase decorated in iron red enamel, gilt and with turquoise interior. Painted with a ground of lotus scrolls, with shou characters, butterflies and fish. Qianlong seal painted in underglaze blue on a turquoise ground base but most likely 19th century, 26cm.

Large piece with an old re glued repair to the rim with a small adjoining shard. No other damage, free from any professional repair. Enamels bright and free from wear.
